Responsibilities:
The service technician reports to the service manager and is responsible for providing HVAC/R services to clients including preventive maintenance service, emergency service, and project service. Service technicians work closely with the dispatcher and the Service Manager for daily assignments, materials acquisition, and weekly scheduling.
Initiative, tact, integrity, communication skills and HVAC/R service skills are essential to this position. Job related contact can occur virtually with all demographic groups, with the majority of daily contacts being with Kahn Mechanical Contractors (KMC) employees and both current and prospective clients
