We are hiring an experienced Make Ready Technician at Ridgeway Apartments in Midlothian, TX. Applicants should have reliable transportation and have a minimum of 1-year general maintenance experience. You should be able to handle plumbing repairs, tile work, light HVAC repairs, trouble shoot appliances, simple electric repairs and all facets of apartment make-ready.
