Title: Shop Foreman / Lead Technician / Mechanic

We are looking for a Shop Foreman who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude. Ideal technicians will have a strong passion for their work, and a focus on doing what's right for our customers.
What we expect of the Shop Foreman:
Execute the highest level automotive diagnostics and repairs
Lead the shop under the values of Honesty and Integrity
Stay current on new vehicle technologies and diagnostic methods
Assist other technicians with difficult diagnostics and repairs
Develop the other technicians in diagnostic and repair skills
Maintain high quality control standards in personal workmanship as well as the shop
Passion for being the Best & Promoting the Brand
Ability to Teach & Mentor less experienced Techs
Someone who sees the Opportunity for Excellence in every problem presented
Someone who understand that true Leadership comes through Service, who is looking to Grow themselves and their TeamQualifications
Job Requirements
8+ years automotive repair experience is required
Team oriented, energetic and have an upbeat attitude
Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicle systems
Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Excel at diagnostics, drive-ability and solving electrical problems
Have the drive and the ability to increase overall shop productivity
Ability to quickly master factory scan tools
Automotive systems instructing and/or Shop Foreman experience is preferred
ASE L1 Master preferred; must be willing and able to attain if not already earned
