The Globe Life PPC Specialist will manage all paid advertising campaigns for multiple brands across a variety of channels including, Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram YouTube and others. The PPC Specialist, under the direction of the Director of Digital Marketing, with setup analyze, and manage paid ad campaigns to achieve organizational branding and conversion goals. This position also serves as a support role for the Digital Marketing and Lead Generation teams by providing analytical and logistical support needed on various projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior search engine marketing experience, be data-driven, and have proven success managing numerous search engine, social, video, mobile and other marketing campaigns.


  • Conduct full market and competitive research

  • Develop strategies that cross channels and create synergies to drive increased leads/sales platforms

  • Perform keyword research and write ad copy for paid ad campaigns

  • Work with the design team to develop display and social ad graphics

  • Create strategy, setup and configure new paid ad campaigns

  • Provide guidance on the creation and modification of landing pages used for marketing campaigns

  • Monitor the performance of all campaigns to insure they a achieve goals and maximize ROI

  • Manage PPC budgets and bidding across multiple channels

  • Coordinate paid ad campaigns with SEO, Social Media, email and other marketing efforts

  • Provide reporting updates and post campaign analysis

  • Follow industry news and identify opportunities to utilized new channels, strategies and tactics


Required Skills:

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Ads

  • Knowledge of HTML, UTM Tagging and SEO

  • PPC experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Google, Bing and Facebook Ad interfaces

  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficient mathematical aptitude to perform statistical analysis and manage data sets

  • Problem solving: take an idea and create tactical level execution that results in accomplished goals

  • Project management: work within project management software to manage tasks and execute projects from conception to completion

  • Communication: effectively and professionally work with team members, supervisors and executive management

  • Organization and time management: ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines

  • Adaptability: able to switch focus to different projects when business demands change as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar field from a four-year college or university

  • 4 years of professional PPC experience in corporate or agency environment required

  • Google Analytics Certification

  • Google Ads Certification
