Prolucent Health, Inc. Dallas, TX Prolucent Health, Inc. is changing the game to solve labor challenges in healthcare through innovation and thoughtful disruption. We are rapidly expanding our team for explosive growth in 2022 and we are looking for a UX Engineer. Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, modern, accessible products that are consistent with platform-level standards
Produce beautiful, branded design in every form: low fidelity, high fidelity, wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards
Work with the core UX design team to develop layout and visuals
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Build and manage design system across projects, form factors and workflows
Contribute to experience design and delivery through collaboration on research and usability testing activities
Present design work to internal team as well as clients
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
3+ years of experience creating visual and experience design for the digital space
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design skills and design thinking
Experience in design with a focus on software applications
Advanced knowledge of relevant industry design and prototyping tools including but not limited to Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of the capabilities of HTML, CSS, and JS
Practitioner of user-centered design principles
Strong conceptual thinking, self-motivated, driven; ability to work independently
An ability to collaborate effectively with teams to contribute to a project's success
A knack for gathering, interpreting, and addressing feedback effectively
Confidence to take criticism productively and defend your designs when necessary
Ability to see the big picture, but also pay attention to the details
A passion for improving people’s lives through design and technology
