OverviewThis role will be responsible for day to day coordination of projects, requests and responses between the Retail Department & Venue operators.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate in bound Vendor Invoices and allocate to appropriate Venues, Departments or GL codes
Organize & Maintain Shared Folders & organizational distro lists
Maintain & Update Venue Operational tools including Play Books, planograms and Retail Style Guides
Coordinate Retail Meetings (virtual & in person) and provide Recaps to attendees
Respond via email, phone or in person with tools/resources/links for use
Manage Home Office Special Merchandise Requests
Manage procurement of materials and distribution of items through warehouse and to venues
Key QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
2+ years administrative experience required
2+ years experience in retail sales, management or distribution preferred
2+ years experience in multi faceted event operations preferred
2+ years Guest Service experience required
3+ years proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
CRITICAL SKILLSHigh business acumen with Microsoft systems
Highly organized in a constantly changing environment
Ability to produce high level PowerPoint presentations on a tight turn around
Small group public speaking/facilitating
Ability to remain calm in high stress scenarios
Strong Communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to multitask several key projects at once
Flexible schedule required on an as needed basis- nights, weekends, limited travel to support Operational needs or events
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS10% Travel as needed for meeting and new venue openings
