OverviewThe Senior Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for the strategic design and development of all food and beverage activities for Topgolf USA, which consists of our 70+ venues and our two newest concepts: TG Flex and Lounge. The Senior Director should create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration with business line leaders, and consistent execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Overall F&B Vision and Strategy - Develop the short-term and long-term F&B vision and objectives in collaboration with business line leaders and marketing. Utilize guest insights and our existing “F&B DNA” in order to continuously evolve the F&B offering

Demonstrate People Leadership - Engage, coach and develop team members to their fullest potential while demonstrating and embracing our core values

Research and Develop New Offerings - Lead the internal food and beverage process and committee responsible for menu-related decisions including menu item creation and selection. This applies to our walk-in guest menu and our special events menu. Study market trends, strategies and operations of other successful restaurant concepts to create and maintain a competitive culinary and beverage strategy. Quarterback our beverage agency relationship and optimize the use of supplier funding

Incorporate the Topgolf brand values in F&B strategy and development. Integrate Guest insights and iterate based on guest feedback. Approve and oversee brand service standard for high-quality culinary and beverage offerings. Maintain affiliations with culinary institutes, restaurants, agencies, suppliers and association-partner with supply chain, supplier partners and vendors to ensure continuity of supply, quality of product, and successful partnership alliance

Key QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred

5+ years current experience as a senior leader in a recognized Food and Beverage program for a multi-site organization required

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in the F&B, Entertainment or related industry preferred

Demonstrated track record of producing business-driven growth programs from concept to execution

Strategic thinker with the ability to see the global picture and build for the future growth of the brand

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent team building skills, interpersonal skills, and a proven leadership ability

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable with ambiguity, particularly in a fast-paced growth environment

Approximately 25% travel; sometimes with short notice
