To provide and maintain quality care to the clients under the supervision of the Field Supervisor.
Qualifications: This is a non skilled position:
Services may be performed by an unlicensed person who is at least 18 years of age and
has demonstrated competency to perform the tasks assigned by the supervisor,
may perform personal assistance services, GED or high school graduate or
is enrolled in a vocation education program or has had six continuous
months of experience in delivering personal care services to an individual.
Personal Care Attendants may include but not limited to the following:
Assist with Bathing
Assist with Feeding
Cleaning
Escort
Dressing
Shaving, Oral Care
Transfer
Laundry
Shopping
Toileting
Exercise
Routine Hair Care
Walking
Meal Prep
Assisting with reminders on taking Medications
Depending on individual's case and authorizations.
