Apartment Property Manager Needed:
Job brief
We are looking for a capable FULL TIME Property Manager in Del Rio to show and lease apartments to prospective tenants.
Responsibilities
Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
Confirm rental application data and personal references
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
Accounts payable- including collecting and posting rent and bank deposits
Requirements
MS Office familiarity
Outlook Email familiarity
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
