Care Management Operations Delivery Director Location: Open to a remote arrangement, preferred within 50 miles of an Anthem office. As a Care Management Operations Delivery Director, you will be responsible for the relationship between the Care Management Operations Group and the Product Design and Development Group. Serves as the operational subject matter expert for the product design and digital solutions in Medicaid working with the product team to ensure that the solutions delivered are integrated and scalable across the delivery channels and deliver the planned outcomes and results. How you will make an impact: Works with Product Design and Analytic teams to ensure that the Product(s) within their scope are being executed across the delivery network as designed and are delivering the performance anticipated in the design. Identifies where gaps exist.
Develops plans to address the gaps and works with the Health Solutions team for Medicaid and Product Design team to ensure that operations successfully delivers on the intended results.
Represents the Clinical Operations Group on committees and task forces that are product oriented or as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years related health care experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Qualifications: Masters degree in health or business related field preferred
Knowledge of care management operations, the programs offered and how they work
RN license preferred
Clinical background preferred
Advanced technical skill set
Experience with digital design and solutions
Innovative mind set and process improvement oriented
Ability to travel may be required
