You'll work with other staff and leadership in regularly monitoring a patient's overall health, and report what you see. You'll help residents maintain an orderly, safe residence and help with programs to improve self-esteem and social well-being. Are you up to the challenge?QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN nursing licensure for state of practice is required. Must be certified through AANAC as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) within 6 month of hire.Ability to communicate and comprehend.Knowledge of the RAI/ MDS process; knowledge of basic nursing skills.The Good Samaritan Society offers an attractive, employee-approved benefits package for qualifying employees. Completes the assigned portions of the MDS for Nursing, Signs MDS forms, Completes nursing portion of MDS & reviews for completion & validity of the entire process, observes & reports' conditions. Communicates with physicians using center/campus systems. Provides support & recognition to co-workers related to completion of the RAI/MDS process. In rotation for Admission & On-Call Phone with the possibility of working as a floor nurse.
