A large and growing Irrigation, Landscape & Pest Control Company in the Tyler area is seeking an accounts payable clerk.
The job entails A/P data entry, payments processing, soft and hard audits for job margin analysis, phone backup and general office procedures. Knowledge of sales tax laws a plus; training on the job will be a requirement.
Requirements:
Accounts Payable processing
Communication skills - verbal and written
Microsoft Office a must. Knowledge of QuickBooks or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of Excel and Access
Ability to multi-task
