We have an opening for a property manager/assistant in a small Longview based company. We manage a diversified portfolio of properties, including single family, multi family, commercial and retail within a 45 mile radius of Longview. The successful applicant would be based in Longview and would be responsible for marketing, leasing documentation and coordination of maintenance requests along with general administrative and filing functions. Applicant must be familiar with day to day software applications, be a self starter and be capable of working unsupervised.
