The successful candidates chosen for this position will speak with prospective customers using a specific method and script at festivals, storefronts, and shows located in the North Texas area.
Your objective is to set up appointments for our Solar Energy Expert to come visit the homeowner in their home and consult them on converting to Solar energy.
We require you to have reliable transportation and be able to proficiently use a smart phone.
Other Requirements:
You can stand comfortably for 6-8 hours
You can lift at least 30lbs.
You are willing and able to memorize a script quickly and accurately.
You have done ANY type of lead generation or appointment setting work.
You are a self-starter.
You are detail oriented.
Not afraid to approach people and enjoy engaging.
You are coachable and trainable.
You want to make full time pay working part time.
You are outgoing, comfortable talking with the public using a script.
You are you responsible, reliable, and punctual.
You have Saturday and Sunday availability (Most events take place on the weekend.)
Part-time hours will include daytime and evening hours, with an emphasis on weekends.
Compensation includes an hourly base, lucrative commission structure plus multiple bonuses. On average, reps make $25-$35 per hour. There is no cap on commission.
