JOB TITLE

Inside Sales Representative

Location: Longview, Texas

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining new and existing customer accounts. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

•Creates and communicates customer price quotes, price contracts, and general customer service correspondence relating to sales and rental of Saf-T-Box, LP products

•Uses Salesforce.com to cultivate leads, contact customers, update customer files and document activity

•Creates and communicates contracts with customers

•Daily interaction with customers via phone and in person on site

•Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with customers

•Manages current and new customer account base

What do we look for?

A Saf-T-Box Inside Sales Representative is expected to have a minimum of 3 years of recent Customer Service, Account Management or Sales experience. We look for a Inside Sales Representative that puts customers service first and respects other employees in the workplace. It is important to find a Inside Sales Representative with the right skills, but also one who shares our company's mindset and our company’s culture. Mutual Respect, Teamwork, Accountability and Integrity are what you can expect when joining the Saf-T-Box, LP team. We structure our pay at a base of $2,000 per month, plus commissions on rentals and sales.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED minimum

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Excellent written skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Customer Service Experience

• Strong work ethic and attitude, and willingness to learn
