NOW HIRING QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR CELLULAR/WIRELESS SALES CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH FAST GROWING RETAIL COMPANY. AVERAGE SALES REP EARNS $1500-$3000 PER MONTH AND TOP EARNING SALES REPS $3000-$5000 PER MONTH! Opportunity entails a fast paced work environment, great pay, great benefits after 90 days such as medical, dental, vision, discounted cellular service and 401k plan. Rapid Advancement Opportunities available as all managers are hired internally based off job performance! Managers make $4000-$9,000 per month and up to $100k+ annually.

JOB PURPOSE:

Serve new customers and prospective customers by proactively greeting them and using effective sales, service, and communication skills to best match their wireless needs with a new Verizon Wireless phone, accessories and or plan.

DUTIES:

-Welcomes customers by greeting them; use qualifying, rapport building, presentation skills, closing skills, and product knowledge to find best solution for specific wireless needs.

-Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records in Verizon database and creating invoices from point of sale software.

-Collect cash and credit card payments for purchase of products and services.

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all related sales goals.

Sales to customers while adhering to strict ethics code, never lying to or misleading a customer.

-Completes all sales and leadership training, which may include at home writing and reading assignments for the purpose of maximizing employee sales and management potential.

-Follows all opening and closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and security of all cash and assets at location as well dropping nightly deposit.

-Attends any mandatory meetings set by manager or district manager, all which are established to ensure product knowledge, efficiency in logistical management, and in the facilitation of achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.

-May be required to drive out of town for work (company helps with gas).

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

One year + of sales and or customer service experience preferred but not required, these other qualities are a prerequisite: good attitude, strong work ethic, self motivated, is a team player, effective people and communication skills, friendly and detail oriented customer service approach , able to meet sales goals, sells to the benefit of customer needs, ability to develop solid product knowledge, good energy level, dependable, basic math skills, ability to stand for long periods, ability to lift 25 lbs, and ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
