Automotive Accountant NEEDED!

PRIMARY ROLE
If you have the ability to "get the job done" with professionalism and a positive attitude, we want to talk to you! Position is responsible for various accounting duties which may include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Title Processing, Payroll, Reconciling Bank Accounts, Processing Deposits, Handling Incoming Mail, Reconciling Receipts, Processing Petty Cash Reimbursements, Performing Cash Audits, Posting Checks, Filing, etc.
Responsibilities
Assist with the daily responsibilities of dealership accounting office.
Assist in monthly financial reporting and transactions to include: Accounts Payable, Receivables, Checking Deposits, and Schedules.
Review ledgers, and work to clear up any discrepancies.
Insure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current and accurate condition at all times.
Assist in preparing schedules and reports on regular basis to insure accuracy.
Experience
Automotive dealership preferred but not required
Computer skills are required.
Qualifications
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):
Minimum of 2 years automotive accounting experience Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Must possess computer skills and be able to work in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
Ability to work in a team oriented office and fast paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Excellent hospitality and customer service skills required
Must be able to sit at a computer for the majority of a shift
