Candidate must have a High School diploma or GED
Excellent written / verbal communication and customer service skills and proficiency in Windows based applications
Ability to meet training standards and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings is required
Ability to engage with clients - begin a conversation, anticipate questions, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections
Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processesCompensation & Schedule:
Salary: $10.75 /hour
Full-time position: Monday through Friday; No weekends required!
8-hour shifts; candidates must be available for shifts between the hours of 6 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Work-from-home considerations available after successful completion of on-site introductory period
