Agency in search a friendly and highly motivated individual willing to maximize their income and be a part of our team. Interested in team players who can bring new sales ideas to our agency for growth. Open position for Property and Casualty sales producer (salary + commission) Hours are Monday Friday 8:30-5:30, Saturdays by appointment.20-30 hours per week subject to sales expectations met. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Auto, Home, Life and Commercial insurance salesMeeting minimum monthly sales expectationsDaily cold calling and prospecting to find new business customers.Existing book cross selling to additional productsCustomer service, policy changes, billing, renewal reviews and retentionAppointment settingRequirements:Able to pass a background check and have a valid drivers licenseOwn and reliable transportationPunctuality and attendance a mustSelf-motivatedAttention to detailExcellent time management and determinationAble to multi taskBilingual in English and SpanishExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProperty and Casualty or Life and Health license preferred (30 days to pass if not licensed)
