Transportation Specialists are responsible forproviding a positive experience to members while providing safe and timelytransportation for clients, staff members and electronic devices to andfrom client’s homes and various medical facilities

Conducts daily vehicle inspections (safety and properequipment)

Provides positive Customer Service interaction withmembers or clinic staff

Safe loading techniques for members, guest, wheelchairsand baggage, with a strict adherence to protocol

Completes required reports accurately and fully

Efficient with time management

Performs all other related duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

For insurability purposes, must be at least 25 years ofage or older with a valid driver's license and be able to pass apre-employment and regularly scheduled post-employment Motor VehicleReport inquires

Two or more years of customer service or transportationdelivery experience

Demonstrates minimum depth of knowledge and skills inown function

Ability to receive and comprehend instruction verbally and/or in writing

Solves routine problems by following establishedprocedures

Works with others as part of a team

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 100pounds of force

This position requires Tuberculosis screening as wellas proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus,Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documentedevidence of vaccination, or a doctor’s diagnosis of disease
