Summary of Position:
Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel
Must have flexible working hours
Physical Requirements:
Be able to reach, bend, stoop
Be able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
Be able to work in inclement temperature.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
