JOB OPENING - SAUTEE AND GRILL COOK
FRENCH BISTRO RESTAURANT
1. Position Reports to: Executive Chef or Sous Chef
2. Basic Functions:
Assist Chef and Sous Chef on daily kitchen operations.
Ensure safety and excellent sanitation practices in the kitchen
Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes in collaboration with the Sous Chef
requested by Executive Chef at any time.
3. Qualifications
Knowledge: French cuisine knowledge is a must .
Skills/Aptitudes: English language and professional communications skills are required. 2. Ability to take direction.¨3. Ability to work in a team environment.¨4. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized. 6. Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as sous chef, sautee or grill position is necessary to apply.
Compensation: Full time position
Salary: Base on performance
