Immediate opening for part time (with possible development to full-time position) for front desk receptionist/patient assistant in a very busy doctor's office. Great people skills, organization, and ability to work in a fast pace and fun environment. Previous experience would be great, but not essential for the right applicant. Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player, and love of people all required to be successful in this position.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Greeting patients
Answering phone lines
Scheduling appointments
Creating an organizing patient files
Checking patients in and out
Cross training and helping in other areas such as rehab
Hours: Mon-Thurs 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday-half day
