Wet N Wild Waterworld is hiring for Landscape Supervisor
Wet N Wild Waterworld is seeking qualified applicants to lead the landscaping department at the largest amusement park in the El Paso Las Cruces region.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for organizing and distributing work to groundskeepers and monitoring job performance
Assists in hiring process for grounds keeping staff
Monitors weekly grounds checklists
Educates and trains team in various skills and tasks
Requisitions the supplies and equipment needed for areas under supervision
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and repair area irrigation and systems
Landscaping as needed, including soil preparation and planting of trees, shrubs, and turf
Ensures all turf and planters are weed-free
Plans, directs and participates in turf and shrub pest management and fertilization program
Education and/or Experience
Two to ten years related field experience and supervisory/management experience and/or training.
Job Type:
Full-time 40 hours a week

Commensurate with experience
