JRK Residential Group is looking for a skilled Tile Roof Repairman to be full time at the luxury apartment community The Retreat at Mesa Hills, located in El Paso, TX. Bonus - This position provides benefits!
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT FOR CONTRACT WORK!
Are you a skilled tile roof repairman? Do you have the ability to evaluate leak locations? Then we want YOU!
Responsibilities includes:
Measure roof to calculate the quantities of materials needed
Skilled in decking, felt and tile relays
Align roofing materials with edges of the roof
Cut roofing materials to fit around walls or vents
Any other maintenance skills huge PLUS!
Minimum qualifications:
Ability to perform each individual task at a satisfactory level
Previous roof experience required
Ability to stand, climb stairs/ladders and walk property on an as needed basis
Ability to use hands to handle tools, feel objects, or control machinery as outlined in job description
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to complete daily tasks
Ability to regularly lift and/or move 10Lbs., frequently, lift and/or move 25 Lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move 50 Lbs
Must know safety protocol on roof repairs
Adequate vision capabilities to perform essential duties as described above
