Dynamic, successful, high volume law office immediately seeking honest, experienced, fast-paced and self-motivated individual for receptionist/switchboard operator.
This position requires the following:
Must be bilingual, must work well under pressure; must be proficient at answering 6 to 8 phone lines, scheduling appointments, drafting contracts and updating files in our case management system. Positive attitude and reliable transportation a must.
Compensation depends on relevant experience.
