Their F&I Managers must demonstrate superior communication skills, skilled negotiation ability, experienced problem solving and focused presentation skills as they work to increase financial performance for the company as well as themselves.
Your daily primary duties will involve:
Contracting new business, selling & closing deals
Generating finance income on all sold customers
Verifying and checking for accuracy all agreed-upon sales figures, loan documentation and contracts
Securing lender approvals on financed deals
Staying up-to-date on all lender programs & rate options
Building lender relationships
Managing contract funding and flow
Preparing salespeople to discuss products & services available for sale
Practice & monitor strict legal compliance throughout all company processes
Maintain ethical behavior in all situations and decisions
