Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an Cosmetology, Esthetician and Manicure Instructors to lead and teach our growing student body. Job duties include:
Teaching, mentoring, motivating and coaching all students on the clinic floor and in the classroom, using company approved curriculum
Preparing students to pass the State Board exam
Ensuring compliance with State Board rules
Participate in various administrative duties (such as attend faculty meetings, accurately record grades and attendance and counsel students)
Job Requirements and Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Cosmetology, Esthetician or Manicure license per state requirement
Minimum of 3-5 experience in the field
Must be a licensed instructor
Prior teaching experience preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
Computer skills necessary
