POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a full-time Laser Tattoo Removal Technician to join our team in El Paso. We will provide FULL TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION to the perfect candidates, so please don't worry if you have no prior laser experience at all -- we are simply looking for great people to join our team and train as experts in the field.

We are only looking for candidates who want to be part of our organization full-time for at least several years because we pride ourselves on having extremely low staff turnover and have room for growth within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct consultations with new clients, educating them about the laser tattoo removal process
- Conduct laser tattoo removal treatments
- Greet clients as they arrive for appointments
- Answer the office phone
- Respond to emails from current and prospective clients
- Manage appointment bookings
- Manage client payments
- Manage case files and photos
- Answer any and all questions about the laser tattoo removal process
- Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
- $15/hour base rate plus weekly bonus payments of several hundred dollars upon meeting very attainable sales goals (effective hourly rate is typically $20/hour)
- We offer an annual $2,000 Health & Wellness Contribution to be used at your discretion for doctor's visits, prescriptions, etc.

IMPORTANT
- We are open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm. You will work only 4 days per week (which means full-time hours with 3 days off every week)
