Primary responsibilities will include performing construction and field inspection on water and wastewater engineering projects. Candidate will work closely with strong technical experts and other leaders around the company.Provide construction inspection of water supply, wastewater collection and treatment facilities including municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, storage facilities, and pump stations for municipal and federal clients in the El Paso area and throughout the State of TexasBecome familiar with the project plans and specifications for enforcement of their requirementsProvide daily site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, standards and codesPrepare daily reports documenting equipment, manpower, and construction activities; and daily progress photosCoordinate 3rd-party special material testing inspectionsDocument work not performed in accordance with the plans/specifications and advise the Contractor's Superintendent and note in Daily reportReview and track contractor's scheduleMeasure and record pay quantitiesAssist the Contractor in planning for and scheduling of required inspectionsCoordinate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agenciesMaintain project recordsPrepare preliminary punch listsConduct labor category interviewsPrepare time and material reportReview and provide input on potential change order issuesManage project photographic records.
