Overall Purpose:
  • This career step requires intermediate level experience.
  • Responsible for working across multiple technical organizations ensuring that business services are available to end users allowing them to perform their day to day operations without interruption of service.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Support and maintain a multi forest/domain Microsoft Active Directory platform.
  • Maintain platform security: Users, Servers, Groups, policies, and API calls into the platform
  • Maintain corporate security audits and compliance for the platform
  • Maintain all components such as Trust Relationships, Domain Naming Service, and DHCP
  • Maintain disaster recovery
  • Maintain all domain controllers currently at Window 2008 to be upgraded to 2019: 2008 forest function level to be upgraded
  • Consult and implement upgrades


Job Contribution: Intermediate to Expert or SME level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies.

Education: Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

Experience: Typically requires 6 -10 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Supervisory: No.

Remote: Open to any location in the United States.

Salary Range:

Our Professional-Technology Service Management can earn between $77,100 to $154,200 depending on geographic region. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers.
