We are hiring a UX Designer, with an eye for product and web design and strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
Analyze user interface problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities and usability findings
Work closely with the product team to develop user scenarios, storyboards, and high-level requirements.
Design user interface, and interaction flows for web and mobile.
Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Information Design, Industrial design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or other related HCI discipline preferred
4+ years' experience designing user experiences for web applications, services, and/or digital products
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
Experience and knowledge of design theories and its application to user-facing designs
Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Fireworks, XD, and Axure
Team player mentality, with the ability to work independently when needed
