Level I Help Desk Analyst Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find an entry-level Help Desk Analyst to join their team!
The candidate selected for this position can expect to be responsible for assisting all technical requests submitted through the IT help desk or assigned by IT management. This is done under the guidance of a Senior Lead - if you're looking to kickstart your IT career, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
Maintain local backups, phone system and network/server equipment and escalating tickets to the infrastructure group as needed
Responsible for new user or user removal processing
Able to troubleshoot requests, and escalating the requests if required.
Maintaining complete and accurate call notes for each request
Required Qualifications & Experience:
CompTIA+ Certification or equivalent
Basic Computer/Systems Knowledge
Communication/Customer Service Skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Associate's degree preferred, not required
Experience within Active Directory
Experience within ticketing systems & protocols
