Role: POS Application Support Engineer
Location: Fort Worth TX
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Candidate who has high energy and is results-oriented with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic. As a member of the Tier 2 Application support organization the support role will primarily provide Point of Sale (POS) support. This will involve support for store systems and various technical components around the POS and other internal applications. For example, rewards program interface, transactional logging, pricing, product, pin pads and other functionality. This position will sometimes work independently and as part of a team to answer calls, quickly address issues, escalate as necessary and overall troubleshooting via phone, onsite or remote access.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
