JOB DETAILSThis position will report to the Collateral Svc Manager - Mortgage Finance.The Transaction Processing Specialist will be responsible for the daily management and reconciliation of custodial reporting of Mortgage Finance clients. They will be responsible for identifying, researching and resolving routine discrepancies in their daily work activities as well as performing weekly audits. All customer requests received within established cut-off times must be processed on same business day.REQUIREMENTSThis position requires excellent organization skills and must be able to perform physical activities in a vaulted area.

Must be capable of lifting up to 35lbs.

Loan/Mortgage experience preferred.
