Description:This position has dual function responsibility to market current lease maturity strategies/incentives directly to customers as well as collecting lease end balances. Contact customers prior to lease maturity and post maturity to develop high levels of customer/dealer satisfaction resulting in added value by ensuring customer loyalty.
