Lead an Engaged Team:

  • Recruit, motivate and retain a dedicated team of customer facing customer front line employees

Brand Ambassador & Operational Excellence:

  • Managing physical assets including repair and maintenance systems and processes, vendor management and cleaning standards.
  • Oversee delinquent tenant processes including auctions by coaching your team to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention.
  • Conduct monthly property audits and ensure operational standards and safety compliance are met.

  • Summary Performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced technical specialist. Acts as principal technical specialist or as a project manager or team leader for large work activities. Responsibilities Applies experience and comprehensive technical knowledge applicable to his/her discipline, as well as an understanding of new technologies and methodologies, to solve complex problems and develop improved technical processes or systems. Assignments frequently require knowledge and experience working across functional and/or organizational lines. Typical assignments may include: Serving as a Service Area focal point during Implementation Plan development and implementation for all F&E and OPS funded NAS programs; Serving as focal point for Headquarters program offices and IPMTs on implementation issues such as funding, waterfall schedules, NAS equipment ordering, key-site testing, etc.; Assigning all OPS and F&E projects to Service Center Groups and Engineering Services associated with the Implementation Plan. Defines, organizes, and assigns resources to accomplish organizational objectives. Allocates resources to accomplish large work activities within established schedules. Makes tactical decisions during implementation of programs to stay within scope, schedule, and cost. Manages engineering, construction, installation, training, backfill overtime, airspace changes/redesign, configuration management, Safety Management System (SMS), acceptance, capitalization, etc. Contacts are internal and external. Often represents FAA as a senior technical point of contact on projects, programs and other work activities. Communicates results to all levels internally (within an LOB/SO or across LOB\'s/SO\'s) and externally. Plays a lead role in drafting, reviewing, and editing reports or contractual documents for final approval prior to external distribution. Tracks, monitors, and provides status reporting on all aspects of assigned program areas. Identifies, develops, tracks, and utilizes project funds, including local or reimbursable projects. Ensures budget submissions are well justified, have valid cost estimates, justifications, background data if appropriate, and identifies local constraints. Provides cost, schedule, and methodology data to stakeholders for program and project implementation. Draws on experience to solve unusual problems and may create new solutions and policy interpretations as the situation requires. Provides policy guidance and instruction to others, both internally and externally. Issues project authorizations/assignment sheets to Engineering Services and other Service Center groups to accomplish NAS projects. Manages programs such as Federal Contract Tower (FCT), Contract Weather Observer (CWO), Non-Fed establishment, Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH), and Security. Provides oversight for the accuracy of the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) for the assigned program. Assesses the impacts of changes to the CWP resulting from new requirements, budget constraints/changes, and initiates a Work Change Notice (WCN) when appropriate. Identifies implementation-related program risks. Monitors and mitigates risks through the life of the project. Resolves programmatic issues to preclude negative impact on implementation budget and schedule. Provides guidance to lower-level staff on how to solve difficult technical issues. Resolves all but unique technical problems without the intervention of management or a more experienced technical specialist. Develops plans, techniques, and policies to address current or anticipated problems and issues. Provides leadership in developing and defining Service Area Program Implementation Plans to deploy major NAS systems or programs. Leads the effort in influencing implementation priorities for each candidate program/project. Provides input to Investment Analysis process, reviews program baseline, evaluates the level of integration with existing facilities, collects site-specific information, identifies all program costs, and schedules all program-related activities.
