TTI is seeking to hire a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator is accountable for providing recommendations and negotiating contracts for technology related acquisitions and agreements on all hardware, software, support/maintenance and professional service engagements. The Contract Administrator has the following accountabilities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Ensures cost effectiveness by negotiating and purchasing technology related hardware, software, service contracts and leases for all TTI.
  • Improves and updates contract administration by developing and maintaining processes and procedures.
  • Performs audits and makes recommendations for voice, data and service contracts by reviewing requirements, quotes and invoices.
  • Oversees monthly cost analysis update and distribution of communication hardware and services by conferring with Telecommunications Team.

  • Maintain all technology support and maintenance contracts to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Manage, audit and advise on all TTI technology licensing, such as but not limited to include Microsoft and IBM.
  • Develop, maintain and manage yearly technology budget.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Four-year college degree required. Five years of technology purchasing and contracting experience required.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Possesses excellent negotiation skills.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to analyze the impact of decisions before execution.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute.
