Elite Technical has an opportunity for a senior-level Technical Recruiter with broad experience across the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing and assessing talent, connecting with that talent in a professional manner, and closing those candidates to fill both contract and direct placement positions. This is primarily a telecommuting, home-based position with a target location in the Northern VA, Washington DC metropolitan area.

The selected senior Technical Recruiter candidate will be expected to work successfully with our Sales team to identify and close qualified job seekers to fill job orders. In addition, you will be required to occasionally meet candidates and/or client representatives in-person to facilitate interviews, escort candidates on first-day of assignments, and other related duties as may be required periodically.
