Technical Data Entry Specialist

Frisco, TX - Hybrid

ICS is hiring a Technical Data Entry Specialist, with customer service and/or call center experience, to join our client's team in Frisco, TX! You will be working with our client's customers and vendors by creating and receiving key/pin number data that allow secure transactions to be processed. .

What You'll Do:

• Provide phone support to customers, vendors, and distributors with key/pin number data.
• Provide email support to customers, vendors, and distributors with key/pin number data.
• Provide an immediate path to tech support for issues with securing key/pin number data.
• Provide a form of confirmation when secure tasks are completed.
• Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, including contact handling and follow up.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• Associates Degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the data entry, but not required
• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, a plus.
• Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background and drug screening tests.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
