Randstad is seeking an Enterprise Microsoft Stack Consultant who will be responsible for supporting technology assessments, driving planning, design, and implementation/execution of enterprise scale migrations, covering desktop OS, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams and Azure cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced consultative environment. This is a customer-facing and technology focused role. You are the subject matter expert and you thrive on hands on implementation and sharing your well researched opinion with customers and partners.

Position is 100% Remote with 50% of traveling to client sites.

Role Essentials

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years experience in a customer-facing role (can be internal IT customer)
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of migration experience
• Proven experience with windows OS desktop/server migrations and active directory migration/upgrades using industry standard tools (Quest/ADMT)
• Proven experience with Email migration to Office 365 and industry standard tools (Quest/BitTitan)
• Proven experience with Teams deployment/Skype for business migrations to Office 365
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) integrations
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs to support the implementation of STIG settings on file and print services, DNS, Domain Controllers and application servers
• Managing Windows systems, including Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Window Server 2016, to include 2016 STIG deployment
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs to support the implementation of STIG settings on file and print services, DNS, Domain Controllers and application servers
• Building, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows servers in multi-tenant enterprise environments
• Experience with Enterprise Backup software
• Must have Exchange migration project experience
• Experience with Skype for business to Teams migrations
• Experience managing Active Directory architecture and replication in a multi-domain environment
• Experience with Active Directory design
• Experience with large scale datacenter design and operations
• Must have SCCM experience
• Experience working with virtual infrastructure (i.e. VMWare) required
• High-level communication skills to influence and persuade others.
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to management.
• Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives
• Ability to write design (and related) documents.
• Experience creating and utilizing powershell scripts to automate common functions
• Experience migrating large infrastructures from physical to virtual environments
• Experience of SCCM/MDT task sequence image creation methodologies
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Experience with O365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, MS Office Suite and Cloud
• Experience with Quest, InfoBlox, SharePoint, Teams VIOP and Okta a plus

? Assess, design and implement migrations utilizing automation to support client needs

? Provide analysis of on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments (network, compute, applications and security) to assess migration readiness gaps

? Develop technical standards upon which implementation designs are based, often in consultation with Technology Architects - Knows how to write standards

? Address problems and research questions within the assigned technology domains and implementations

? Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements
