Responsibilities -
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Review resumes submitted by candidates
Post job advertisements to various different job boards
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Provide recruiting reports to management and clients
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Communicate with clients via email, text, and phone call
Skills -
We will train anyone who has a fantastic attitude regardless of experience!
Experience speaking on the phone a plus
Familiarity with ATS a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
