IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A HVAC CERTIFIED LEAD TECH (TEXAS CITY)
We are a self- ownership & managing multifamily privately held company that has many assets south of the Houston market. We are looking for experienced and outstanding people.
The ideal candidates are dependable and experienced and would perform the completion of all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
1. Complete service requests and preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
2. Repair and maintain all electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and service equipment. Should be certified.
3. Duties included but not limited to: taking weekly after-hour calls, make-readies, grounds and pool upkeep
4. Perform carpentry work and paint interiors and exteriors as needed.
5. Ensure outstanding property upkeep and pristine curb appeal at all times; pick up and dispose of trash or litter.
6. Respond to and report accidents or emergency situations
7. Have a valid Driver's License with the insured vehicle
Qualifications include:
1. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation; HVAC certification (required).
2. Provide a full set of general tools
3. Able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
