We are currently hiring for Concrete Crew Lead (L3), Decorative Concrete Technicians (L2), and Concrete Finishing Technicians (L1). RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team player and the ability to work well with others
Attention to detail and a desire to learn and perfect a true craft
Prepping and cleaning concrete surfaces
Mixing, stamping, cutting, coloring and placement of coating materials, staining, sealing, and various overlays of concrete surface
Surface preparation, form setting, spreading and leveling to desired depths of concrete
Finishing, shaping, smoothing, adding expansion joints, cutting edges
Break up and cutting of old concrete surfaces
Ability to carry 70 lbs. and more repetitively
Must be comfortable bending, kneeling, lifting, and use of small hand tools and large equipment
Must be able to work outside in environmental conditions
Knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, and decorative techniques is a MUST
Valid and clean drivers license with reliable transportation to work or job sites
Must be comfortable interacting with clients and team members so personality is important
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
ï¼ Minimum of 1-3 years of pouring concrete and finishing concrete in multiple disciplines. (L1 Concrete Finishing Tech) (Minimum 2-3 years for Crew Lead L3).
ï¼ Minimum of 1-3 years of decorative concrete experience with various techniques. (L2 Decorative Concrete Tech) (Minimum 2-3 years for Crew Lead L3)
ï¼ Minimum of 1-3 years experience in mixing, stamping, cutting, coloring and placement of coating materials, staining, and sealing (L2 Decorative Concrete Tech) (Minimum 2-3 years for Crew Lead L3)
ï¼ Valid drivers license with clean record and reliable transportation to and from work/job sites (All)
ï¼ Flexibility in scheduling ability to work long days and weekends is a MUST (All)
ï¼ Must be willing to assist and learn other disciplines including decorative and/or finishing side of concrete industry as business needs (All)
ï¼ Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience leading and managing Teams (L3 Crew Lead)
