The INTERIM Nurse Director Case Management will work at a 70-bed full-service hospital that offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This hospital has earned top marks for its quality and safety while also being recognized for its outstanding bariatric care by The Joint Commission. Reporting to the ChiefFinancial Officer, the INTERIM Nurse Director Case Management will oversee all operations within cardiology services and cath lab. The INTERIM Nurse Director Case Management will oversee patient care coordination. The INTERIM Nurse Director Case Management will implement and review programs including utilization review and discharge planning. The INTERIM Nurse Director Case Management is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
