An award-winning healthcare organization located on the outskirts of Metropolitan Texas is actively seeking an RN Nurse Director Cath Lab.
The RN Nurse Director Cath Lab will work at a 70-bed full-service hospital that offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This hospital has earned top marks for its quality and safety while also being recognized for its outstanding bariatric care by The Joint Commission. This facility is fully accredited and values its employee satisfaction.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Nurse Director Cath Lab will oversee all operations within cardiology services and cath lab. The RN Nurse Director Cath Lab will review and implement policies and procedures ensuring quality patient care. The RN Nurse Director Cath Lab will work collaboratively with leadership and will serve as a mentor to staff. The RN Nurse Director Cath Lab is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
