Description: Our client is currently seeking a Analyst - System Analysis and Program - III
Ariba Upstream Supplier Migration and Functional Support Description:
is in need of experienced Ariba Sourcing, Contract and SLP system administrators and support personal to help with data clean-up of supplier records, system configurations, template updates, assembled documents and end user support. Users should have 7 to 10 years of Sourcing experience with the Ariba upstream modules. Users should have hands on working knowledge of how the system is configured and used. Ability to provide insight into how things were managed or set up in previous projects is a must. RESPONSIBILITY This position will need to manage and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that Supplier Migration is completed and help support BAU questions. Contractor will support supplier onboarding and answer questions. Users will also, support future enhancements, User Acceptance Testing, Training and BAU support for Contract and Sourcing modules. In addition, User should have excellent analytical skills to help with data migration and mapping of suppliers from SLP to multiple ERPs. Contractors will be required to help support the organization in training on the new Ariba application, respond to open user tickets and track and facilitate resolution of open defects and enhancements request, including but not limited to defining the issues, troubleshoot the issue, working with IT and Ariba to fix the open defect and testing defects before moving to production. Qualifications Expert understanding and experience in disciplines and implementation of software solutions with a particular focus on implementing transformational initiatives (systems and process) and change management. Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to influence people and work with all levels of an organization. Ability to communicate with and influence senior management and leaders. Demonstrates advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills. College degree or commensurate work experience is required. Demonstrates strong background in specific functional roles as outlined. Detailed knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software applications specifically including VISIO and MS Project. Individual Contributor Role Manager of Projects: Responsible for all aspects of the development & implementation of more than one large project and provides a single point of contact for those projects - original concept thru final implementation. Functional Expert: Acts independently or member of a highly skilled technical team responsible for fulfilling complex business requirements with the implementation of reliable & efficient automated solutions; may be enterprise wide initiatives. Decision Making Authority Receives broad guidance & is accountable for project or program results. Exercises considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques & evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Work is accomplished without considerable direction. Work Complexity Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Knowledge and Skills Advanced skills within a professional discipline and general knowledge of other areas. Requires independent thinking. Demands full use and application of principles, theories, concepts and technologies.

Specific structural engineering specialties may include dynamics and loads, stability and stress fatigue and thermal analysis. Analysis tools utilized include ANSA, ABAQUS, and NASTRAN (or similar finite element analysis pre/post processors). Design tools include CREO and CATIA. The position will report to the program mechanical analysis lead and be responsible for providing stress and dynamics support to the development team. A strong foundation in both stress and dynamic analysis is required and the candidate shall be proficient with relevant analytic tools for structural analysis and be able to create and correlate analytical models. The candidate must be knowledgeable with linear statics, dynamics, laminated composites, and advanced non-linear static solutions, preferably using the NASTRAN solver. The candidate must be experienced with classical analysis techniques, and familiar with aircraft store load factors and dynamic loading, distribution and derivation of airframe loads, and sizing and layout of primary airframe structure and structural joints. Familiarity with laminated composite fabrication techniques and analysis, fuel systems and tank design, aircraft bomb-racks and derivation of lug and swaybrace loads, deployment of folded aero surfaces, and aeroelasticity/flutter analysis are desired. The work will be fast paced and require the evaluation of multiple competing concepts. The candidate must have the experience and demonstrate the ability to quickly assess design concepts and provide immediate and useful feedback to the team, be an active participant in technical interchange meetings, and be able to quickly and concisely document their Basic Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited college/university. Professional experience, preferably working specifically in a Mechanical Engineering role focused on Dynamics and/or Structural analysis. Must be proficient with FEM solvers, MSC/NX Nastran, ANSA, FEMAP, Siemens NX, or other comparable FEM pre/postprocessors. To include advanced non-linear statics analysis. Familiarity with Airframe loads and structures Mature computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CREO and CATIA is required. Must have ability to obtain secret clearance. Not needed to start. Desired skills: Professional, hands-on experience providing dynamics analysis support for product design. Working knowledge in Modal analysis/correlation, shock analysis, vibration analysis/correlation Ability to work with little direction and develop advanced technical principles, techniques, and concepts.
