DescriptionThe IT Security Engineer will be tasked with the following responsibilities/duties, as well as ratified policies, procedures, and guidelines:o Leading efforts in the design, technical implementation, and administration of ForgeRock products (AM/ DJ/ IG/ IDM).o Direct interaction with internal ForgeRock customers helping them identify and resolve technical issues with ForgeRock OpenAM components.o Internal reproduction of the customer problem to enable the development and testing of a resolution.o Developing resolutions to customers problems, working with engineering to ensure they are integrated into the ForgeRock OpenAM product.o Participation in escalations calls to brief customer management on support cases and assist in the creation of action plans aiming to solve a customer issue.o Developing support documentation, when appropriate to summarize common support issues.o Facilitate resolutions for customer issues.RequirementsIdentity Management, Single Sign-On, DevOps, J2EE - Java 2 Enterprise EditionSPECIAL PROJECTSAs assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING:

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Science or Discipline or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in consumer finance and manufacturing environments preferred.

Minimum of 10 years in IT Operations and / or Security roles.

Relevant technical certifications (such as a CISSP, CRISC, SSCP, CompTIA Security+, CASP, CCNA Security, GIAC , GSEC, ) are desirable or willingness to obtain relevant certification within 1 year of employment would be ideal.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:o Experience of ForgeRock Identity Platform software would be idealo 5+ Years of experience in IT and should be aligned with Access Management solutions.o 2 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock OpenAM. (Access Management)o Experience in installation and configurations.o Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk-based authentication.o Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, etco Hands-On experience with ForgeRock UI customization, writing scripts and developing code to fetch assertion values form multiple data sources.o Experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM (Identity management) system for On-time provisioning / deprovisioning.o Experience working with LDAP directories like OpenDJo Should have good developer skills - Java/J2EEo Solid understanding of Internet technologies, specifically a solid knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SSL/TLS, IPv4, XML, and ideally also SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connecto Solid understanding of the technical fundamentals of policy agents and web policy agentso Strong experience working on Windows, Mac & Linux with mixed skills around administration and troubleshootingo Troubleshooting skills are a must.o Excellent Communication - both verbal and written, support is conducted via email and phoneo Excellent and proven experience with OpenSSO, Directory Servers; LDAP, supporting protocols and associated standards.o Demonstrated strong collaboration and teamwork skills.o The ability to be a good listener and to be able to identify the key customer information to identify the customer's problemo Should be able to work independently as well as in a group environment.o Self-motivated, willing to take initiative, organized, able to work independently and manage communications appropriatelyHighly Desired Skillso Experience with leading Identity Management systems and a proven understanding ofthe fundamental concepts around account provisioning, reconciliation, and authorizationo Experience with Active Directory domain administration and PowerShell scriptingo Experience with Salesforce applicationso Experience with front-end JavascriptTechnology doesn't change the world.
