Our company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team!
We are a medium size legal support firm that serves Texas and beyond. If you have excellent people skills, are extremely organized, and technically proficient, we would like to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Tenant Invoicing and Billing
Electronic Bank Deposits to Various Accounts
Computerized Check Writing and Processing
Operating Expense Reconciliations
Credit Card Statement Reconciliations
Budget Preparations
Organize, scan and digitally file documents and information
Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Process time sensitive information on a timely basis
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Proficient use of Quick Books
Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Must have collections experience
Ability to put together spreadsheets of data, and update data bases
Knowledge and use of current Technology
Deadline and Detail Orientated
Motivated, self-starter that follows through and checks accuracy of work
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Positive, professional attitude
Proper spelling and grammar when communicating
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting and/or property management
College degree a plus
