Our septic company is looking to hire a Full-time Project Manager to oversee/supervise day to day operations.
Responsibilities include:
-Track inventory and make orders at suppliers
-Oversee installations
*Get crew lined out in the morning
*Check jobs day before installation to make sure they are ready for installation
*Quality check of job once it is completed
*Communicate with Builders or Home owners about location of septic and disposal field
*County Inspections
-Schedule Installations
*Communicating with customers to schedule installation
*Meet with customers to sign contract
*Scheduling Inspections
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
-Works well as a supervisor with a team and independently
-Has good organizational skills
-Knowledge of computers is preferred (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Etc.)
-Valid driver's license
-Open work availability, including weekends and some holidays
-Must have previous experience in supervising
-Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
-Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug screen
